About Me

Marian is a certified massage therapist and Maya Abdominal Therapies Practitioner.  She is a graduate of The National Holistic Institute of Massage and Health Education. In addition, Marian has studied Mayan Abdominal Therapies with Dr. Rosita Arvigo in Belize and the United States. She attained her basic certification in these therapies as well as one for Mayan Spiritual Healing and Pregnancy Massage.  She also holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY.  She has been a body worker and health educator since 2000 and an AMAT Practitioner since 2005.

    Marian has worked in clinical settings with chiropractors as well as in Spas. She continues to do out-calls to private homes as well as work in her office and corporate chair massage. When working with Marian, you will receive the benefit of her training in Swedish, Deep Tissue, STR sports massage, Injury Massage, Reiki, Trigger point, Spiritual Healing, Aura balancing, herbology, and nutrition, as well as the techniques of the Arvigo Method of Maya Abdominal Therapies.
